My experience with this hotel was incredibly frustrating. I had to cancel my reservation after being delayed due to Wi-Fi issues, and while the support at first seemed accommodating, they ended up charging me $700 for a room that would go unused. The hotel could easily fill the room, so their lack of flexibility was really disappointing.
